For mentorship, if there is a delay in getting essay report for task 1 to 6, please call Mentorship department on 0208000643. Please do not call if delay is not more than 48 hours

If done with mentorship (having completed all 6 tasks and 15 quizes), and your name is submitted to editorial panel, it will take 2 to 5 days to get feedback. If feedback is delayed(more than 6 days), please call Peter on 0208000644

After mentorship, you join the incubation class to start getting paid orders. For queries regarding unpaid orders, order deadline, order clarifications and all that pertains to orders for those who are incubation class, please call Christine on 0202065280 between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Saturday . Please do not call on Sundays or public holidays or outside the official working hours.

If you have an issue with bidding package. You could have purchased a package and its not reflecting in your account, please call Peter on 0719863123/0208000644 5AM to 9PM Monday to Sat, and Sunday from 11AM to 9PM. Please forward MPESA message to 0208000644. Please make sure that you have an invoice generated from your account before you call support. This is how you generate invoice:

• While logged in to your account, please go to MY projects(on top of page)
• Select starter package
• Select payment method as MPESA
• Click make payment
• You shall get a message to confirm payment, with invoice number
• Send the MPESA message to 0708124000(Mon to Sat 8 AM to 6PM) , together with account name.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT support will require invoice number
